The Vortex Stump Grinder features a high torque output radial piston motor which is highly efficient, converting close to 95% of the hydraulic energy into horse power. The direct drive system is an oil bath enclosed hub system, meaning there are no external couplers and nothing to grease. The asymmetrical high strength alloy steel wheel provides great visibility and features replaceable teeth, rock guards, and abrasion resistant wear plates.
